•Chili powder, soybean oil, Szechuan peppercorn (花椒), star anise, fennel, dried tangerine peel, sugar, salt 

•Flavor profile: Mala – a signature numbing‑spicy taste from Sichuan peppercorns 

•Dietary info: Vegetarian-friendly but contains soy (not suitable for soy allergy)

•Storage: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. No need to refrigerate unopened; refrigerate after opening

🍳 How to Use It

1. Stir‑Fries

•Add 1–2 tablespoons after cooking meat and aromatics.

•Fry until fragrant (oil turns a deep red), then toss in vegetables and finish cooking

2. Noodle Dishes & Sauces

•Stir into cooked noodles: about 1 Tbsp per serving.

•Let the sauce simmer briefly with the noodles so they absorb the aroma .

3. Hot Pot or Broth Base

•Use as a soup base: dissolve about 1 part sauce to 5–10 parts broth, depending on spice level .

•Best to add to simmering broth gradually, taste as you go.

4. Dipping Sauce

•Warm it and use as a dip for dumplings, scallion pancakes, rice balls, or hot snacks .

5. Marinades & Mix‑Ins

•Blend into meat marinades or rice‑bowl sauces.

•It can add direct heat and flavour to meats, seafood, veggies, or tofu.
