Matcha contains levels of antioxidants higher that that of spinach and blueberries. They protect cells against free radicals damage and strengthen the immune system. Matcha contains epigallocatechin gallate or EGCg. a catechin known for its strong cancer-fighting properties and makes up 60 percent of the catechins found in matcha.
Place 2 teaspoons into a mug and pour 220 ml of hot milk and enjoy. Add honey or brown sugar to taste. Net weight: 85g.
