Dr Gram Organic Brown Rice Yang Chun Noodles are hand-made and sun dried with no added preservative or additives and are non-GMO.

Enjoy these traditional hand-made noodles with your favourite soup or sauce or as stir-fry. Suitable for vegans or vegetarians.


1. Add noodle into boiling water and cook for about 5-6mins, stirring occasionally.
2. Drain well and rinse with cold water
3. Use in your favourite soups, stir-fries, or mix with sauces.
