• Conditions for Return & Exchange:​

  • The item is delivered in a damaged condition or is past its expiry date.

  • The item has a manufacturer’s defect.

  • The wrong item is delivered.

• The item shall be un-used, tags not tampered with and shall be in the original brand packaging (if applicable).

• We will require the original tax invoice as proof of purchase from www.thathealthshop.com

• For other exchanges based on buyer's reasons, we reserve the right to view as per case basis.

• All the following policies are not applied to sale or promotional items. All sale and promotional items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• No refund is given if the exchanged item is of lower value.

• We are unable to do returns for cash.
