The oil comes from olives harvested at an organic grove jointly cultivated by Jews and Arabs in Wadi Ara, Israel. Rich in texture and flavor, is composed of our award winning Barne’a and Coratina cultivars. It awakens the palate with its pungency and fruity aroma. Drizzle it on salads or simply sprinkle it on cheese and bread. Savor it with pasta or pair it with fish, lamb or poultry.
Run by Sindyanna of Galilee, a Jewish-Arab Fair Trade association, the grove is inspected and certified to meet international organic standards by PPIS (The Plant Protection and Inspection Services of the Ministry of Agriculture, Israel) and by USDA (U.S. National Organic Program).
